Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Assistant Admin Manager to anchor the operational engine of our Ikeja manufacturing facility. In the specialized landscape of Lagos manufacturing where efficiency is dictated by the seamless intersection of office management and regulatory compliance success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily operations with the clinical precision required for Government Relations, Vendor Management, and Policy Implementation. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (supervising administrative staff and managing supplies) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate public relations and government-facing activities.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Governance

  • Process Sovereignty: Assist in coordinating all administrative activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Office Efficiency."

  • Policy Architecture: Support the Admin Manager in implementing organizational procedures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a disciplined work environment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Knowledge" is elite and uncompromised.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
