Job Description:
- Assist the General Manager in managing the company’s land acquisition, development, and sales projects.
- Coordinate work between the marketing, legal, and surveying departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for organizing and managing land-related information, such as:
- Land location
- Landowner information
- Survey plans
- Land approval documents
- Track the progress of land projects and report updates regularly to the General Manager.
- Assist in following up on government approval processes related to land matters, including:
- Charting
- Survey verification
- Certificate of Occupancy(C of O)
- Assist the General Manager in communication with:
- Landowners
- Government authorities
- Business partners
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and compile work reports.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or administrative roles, preferably in land or real estate industries.
- Knowledge of land transaction processes, including:
- Land acquisition
- Surveying processes, and
- Land approval procedures.
- Proficient in office software such as:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with different departments and external organizations.
- Fluent in English communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working with land development or real estate companies.
- Be familiar with land approval processes.

Salary
