You will act as a vital safeguard, converting complex transaction data into clear risk dashboards and ensuring that our daily operations strictly align with internal risk tolerances and apex regulatory standards.

Daily Transaction Auditing: Conduct daily transaction checks, review general ledger (GL) postings, monitor banking operations, and perform meticulous post-disbursement loan reviews.
Transaction Call-Over: Execute regular transaction call-overs, quality control validations, and field activity tracking for credit/loan officers.
Exception Investigation: Analyze, flag, and escalate findings emerging from customer complaints (via Operations or Customer Experience), supporting root-cause investigations in collaboration with the Unit Head.

Executive Dashboards: Create, analyze, and distribute data-driven risk reports and control dashboards for senior management review and internal audit alignment.
Issue Remediation: Systematically track outstanding compliance issues, CBN/NDIC audit observations, and internal control gaps, ensuring timely remediation and formal closure.
Stress Testing & ERM Evolution: Support the continuous updates and documentation of the bank's ERM framework; actively participate in periodic stress testing and institutional risk mapping.
Qualifications and Skills:
