Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of company properties and facilities.
- Supervise maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, generator, and other facility systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Monitor utility usage and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of facility maintenance, assets, and service schedules.
- Prepare periodic operational and maintenance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
