Job Description:

• To provide overarching strategic and operational leadership, holding full accountability for project execution, resource allocation, and operational P&L.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee total project execution from mobilization through pre-commissioning, start-up, and client handover.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and heavy equipment while driving continuous operational improvement.
• Manage complex operational risks and establish impenetrable relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  Performance Expectations:Delivery of EPCIA projects within budget/schedule, optimized resource utilization, and exceptional client satisfaction.
