Job Description:

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, including procurement, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2years’ relevant experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple locations, teams, and day-to-day business operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of operational processes, SOP implementation, and performance management.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
