Job Description:

1. Engineering Design & Technical Mastery

• System Design: Develop comprehensive electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Schematic Interpretation: Read, interpret, and validate complex technical drawings and wiring schematics to ensure flawless site execution.

• Technical Standards: Ensure all electrical works align with the latest engineering codes and statutory regulations, maintaining the highest levels of technical integrity.

2. Power Distribution & Project Management

• Distribution Systems: Oversight of high, medium, and low-voltage power distribution networks, including transformer sizing and switchgear maintenance.

• Project Lifecycle: Lead electrical workstreams from conceptual design through to procurement, installation, and commissioning.

• Control Systems: Design and troubleshoot complex control systems to automate and optimize industrial and facility operations.

3. Safety, Compliance & Leadership

• COREN Standards: Serve as the technical lead for regulatory compliance, ensuring all projects meet COREN and NSE professional benchmarks.

• HSE Integration: Champion Health, Safety, and Environment protocols, ensuring a zero-incident environment through rigorous safety audits and risk assessments.

• Team Synergy: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Skills

• History: 3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in construction, real estate, or manufacturing sectors.

• Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Certification: HSE certification is preferred to support our safety-first culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Professional Status

• Primary Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng/B.Tech) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• Advanced Degree: A Master’s degree is considered a strong added advantage.

• Mandatory Certification: Full COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) registration is required.

• Professional Affiliations: Membership with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is highly desirable.
