Job Description:

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Lead and guide a small marketing team.
• Run ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Grow our online presence and generate quality leads.
• Work with the sales team to achieve set targets.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.
• Experience running paid ads and generating leads.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media, and analytics.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
