We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Assess the needs of existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for new business.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and website.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages/content to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure campaign alignment.
• Develop and manage website content, updates, and improvements.
• Track digital marketing trends and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
• Manage communication with external vendors and marketing agencies where applicable.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Assist in creating marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, promotional emails, and press releases.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
• Respond to DM’s, comments and online reviews in a timely, professional and empathetic manner
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotion and competitions
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in digital marketing and social media relevant.
• Influence customer behavior through strategic content & conversation
• Encourage satisfied patients to share testimonials, reviews or tag the clinic
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) — added advantage.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Understanding of core marketing principles.
