Job Description:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
• Manage OPay’s online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, and digital content creation
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities
• Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored for digital channels
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy
• Track and report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and apply them to campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing (fintech/tech industry is an advantage)
