We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Digital Marketer who will lead efforts to generate qualified leads (≈5,000/month) across all our services: digital skills, education, training, and travel.
• The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure a consistent flow of verified leads into Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-performing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Generate and qualify leads through precise targeting and content-driven engagement.
• Optimise campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and ROI.
• Manage and update leads on Zoho CRM, ensuring comprehensive data.
• Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and content that drive clicks and conversions.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign results, trends, and ROI performance.

Lead Generation Channels:

• Paid Ads: Meta, Google, TikTok
• SEO & Content: YouTube, Blog, LinkedIn
• Direct Engagement: WhatsApp & Email Campaigns

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2:2 or HND Lower Credit preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Proven ability to run successful Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analyticalskills.
