Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Digital Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone for our leadership team. In this role, you aren't just managing a calendar; you are managing a digital engine. Your mission is to synchronize digital workflows, lead high-stakes community engagement on Telegram, and provide the data-driven insights necessary to scale our trading and partnership operations.

Requirements:

1. Digital Ecosystem Management

  • Workflow Optimization: Manage and audit daily digital systems (Slack, Trello, Notion, or equivalent) to ensure a frictionless work environment.

  • Virtual Administration: Oversee executive calendars across time zones, coordinate virtual board meetings, and maintain a secure, organized digital filing system.

  • System Integration: Identify and implement automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.

2. Community Engagement & Trading Support

  • Telegram Governance: Act as the primary moderator and coordinator for our Telegram community, driving engagement and ensuring brand-aligned communication.

  • Partnership Expansion: Support the leadership team in identifying and onboarding new digital trading partners and affiliates.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for community inquiries, escalating critical issues to leadership as needed.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team productivity and project milestones, providing leadership with a clear view of operational health.

  • Affiliate Metrics: Track income metrics and partnership growth, delivering weekly reports that analyze engagement vs. revenue.

  • Growth Insights: Use data to propose adjustments to current digital strategies to improve overall ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Relevant Degree or Certification in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or Information Technology.

  • Experience: Proven track record in virtual assistance, digital operations, or community management.

  • Digital Literacy: Mastery of remote work tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Telegram, CRM systems).

Core Competencies
