Job Description:
Liaise with the Accounts department to reconcile waybills and invoices, providing weekly reports.
Supervise and monitor all loaded trucks and drivers from point of loading to discharge.
Ensure transportation suitability, implement necessary controls, and take corrective actions where required.
Communicate logistics issues to the project team and escalate when necessary.
Liaise with government officials (DPR, PEF) during PMS loading operations.
Work closely with project cost control, planning, contracts, and quality teams to optimize information management.
Oversee the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and load-out of products.
Reconcile product purchases with truck loading activities.
Monitor peddler trans-loading and sales processes.
Liaise and negotiate with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct contractor activity and competency audits, maintaining detailed records.
Oversee sealing of trucks heading to stations for security purposes.
Ensure product quality and quantity compliance during dispatch.
Account for bulk stock and maintain accurate inventory.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Maintain proper record-keeping in line with ISO standards.
Supervise the loading of trucks, vessels, and barges.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Familiarity with depot operations, logistics, and distribution processes.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations.
Proficiency in IT tools, including accounting, engineering, and maintenance software.
Strong computer literacy and comfort with reporting tools.
Good leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to meeting client expectations.
Strong coordination and organizational skills with a composed, professional demeanor.

Qualifications and Skills:
OND in Business Administration, Statistics, Logistics, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in depot operations within a bulk storage company.
Proven experience in receipt, storage, and handling of bulk fuel products.
