We began as a community Pharmacy in the year 1997, and through the years we have maintained our standard of being a renowned name in the pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria, however, with respect to our vision consumables, cosmetics, and skin care products, safe water production, grocery essentials, and a variety of baked goods.

Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, prices, and promotions.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (sales, cashier, store operations) to resolve issues.
• Ensure the customer service area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in upselling or cross-selling products when necessary.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
• Support store operations as needed during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a retail or supermarket customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and POS systems.
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must reside within or around Lekki / Victoria Island.
