Job Description:

• We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, front desk, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, or customer service platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be customer-focused, patient, proactive, and professional
