Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and articulate Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• You will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience or driven fresh graduates equipped with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
