Job Description:

• Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and help customers discover great products through social media.

Your role will involve:

• Engaging with customers on WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Assisting them in finding suitable products.
• Sharing product details and making recommendations.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• A proactive and helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
