Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service and front desk team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Train, mentor, and supervise customer service staff to ensure high performance.
- Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor patient feedback, analyze trends, and report on service metrics.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and inquiry processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all patient interactions.Requirements & Skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.

- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a healthcare or service industry setting.
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction scores.
