Job Description:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Meet performance targets and service level standards.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
Salary
