Job Description:

• We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, emails, walk-ins, maintain records, provide info on services/projects, follow up with clients, resolve issues, support sales/project teams, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/BSc, 1–3 years customer service experience (Healthcare a plus), strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office/CRM proficiency.
