Job Description:
- We need a Customer Service Officer to support our online and offline customer service:
- Manage social media posting schedules for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Create engaging and appropriate video content.
- Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bonus: Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
