We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a customer-centric professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our FMCG customers.
  • As an Integrated Customer Experience Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact, proactively identify and mitigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • You will also collaborate with internal teams, build strong relationships with customers, and identify up-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and create customer-specific IOPs
  • Monitor KPIs and adhere to standard processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned FMCG customers
  • Ensure smooth execution of shipments
  • Identify and execute up-selling opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
  • Lead the team to achieve best-in-class customer experience
  • Proactively involve in project roll-out and seek continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of BSc or Master's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business-related course
  • At least 2 years' experience in shipping/freight forwarding industry preferred
  • Good knowledge of import and export processes including customs clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Pro-active person with a service-oriented mindset, Dedicated, decisive, and result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
