We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly, efficiently and professionally, addressing customer needs and inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, confirm information, or promote services.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and upselling or cross-selling products/services where appropriate.
- Adhere to call center scripts, protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to gain insights into their experiences and needs.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with prospects throughout the customer journey.
- Relay actionable feedback to the product and development team to enhance the app’s features and functionalities.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
- And any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
A suitable candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree/HND in any discipline, or its equivalent is required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
- Be a good looking and smart FEMALE with passion for customer service
- A minimum of 1-3 years proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures and within a team
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for achieving set goals.
- Must demonstrate good organizational skills and possess a high level of resilience.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize experience with CRM software or call centre systems.
