Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined Customer Service Manager to lead our support teams across Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent team availability, driving high productivity, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Team Leadership: Manage daily team schedules to ensure consistent coverage and adherence to office hours.
Performance Management: Track and optimize team productivity, including call volumes and email response rates.
Issue Resolution: Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated customer complaints promptly.
Reporting & Communication: Manage and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance metrics and identify actionable insights.
Accountability: Maintain visibility on open issues and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduate degree or HND holder in a relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Customer Service Supervisor.
Skills: Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving team discipline.
Analytical: Proficiency in tracking metrics and generating performance reports.
Location: Must be capable of managing operations across the specified locations.
