Job Description:
We are urgently seeking four (4) dynamic and results-oriented Female Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing fragrance business. This role is perfect for personable professionals who have a passion for luxury scents and a drive for retail excellence.
As the face of our brand, you will move between our key locations in Lekki (Lagos Island) and Allen Avenue (Ikeja), engaging with a diverse clientele. You will be responsible for the full customer journey—from the first "discovery spray" to final sale and inventory tracking. If you are a persuasive communicator with a background in sales and stock management, we want you to help us scent the city.
Requirements:
1. Sales & Sensory Marketing
Consultative Selling: Guide customers through our fragrance collections, using "scent storytelling" to match products to their personality and preferences.
Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and local partnerships to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
2. Inventory & Stock Governance
Stock Management: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure all fragrance lines are accurately tracked and accounted for.
Merchandising: Maintain premium shelf displays, ensuring that testers are available and products are presented according to brand standards.
Reporting: Maintain clear records of daily sales and stock movements across both the Lekki and Ikeja branches.
3. Customer Relationship Excellence
Client Retention: Build a loyal customer database by providing exceptional service and following up on new arrivals.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a professional, "customer-first" attitude.
Omnichannel Support: Assist with customer inquiries coming through phone or social media channels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Gender: Female (due to the specific nature of the target clientele and brand positioning).
Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or NCE Certificate.
Experience: Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Stock Management. Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail is a significant advantage.
Mobility: Must be willing and able to work at both our Lekki and Allen Avenue locations as scheduled.
Core Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal skills with a polished and professional appearance.
Numerical Literacy: Ability to manage stock numbers and process sales transactions accurately.
Self-Motivation: A "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
