Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and service-minded Customer Relations Officer to join our fast-growing laundry and dry cleaning firm in Lekki. In the premium lifestyle services sector, success is defined by "Retention Architecture", the ability to turn a one-time transaction into a lifelong client relationship through meticulous order management and proactive local marketing. This role is designed for a "Brand Catalyst" who can blend "Exceptional Service Etiquette" with the "Persuasive Grit" required to expand our customer base in the Lekki axis.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Service Delivery and Systematic Customer Acquisition." You will be the central hub of our client interactions: responsible for managing the garment lifecycle (pickup to delivery), resolving inquiries with professional poise, and implementing creative referral programs. If you possess "Marketing Flair," a degree in Business or Marketing, and reside within the Lekki environs, we want you to drive our market leadership.
Requirements:
1. Service Orchestration & Logistics Management
End-to-End Order Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring that every garment is accurately tracked from pickup through factory processing to prompt delivery.
First-Contact Advocacy: Handle all phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with high-level etiquette, acting as the professional face of the brand.
Factory Synergy: Coordinate closely with the operations team and factory floor to ensure that special requests and deadlines are met without compromise.
2. Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives and referral programs to aggressively grow the company’s client base within the Lekki area.
Brand Promotion: Actively pitch services to potential clients and up-sell specialized treatments (e.g., stain removal, leather care) to existing customers to increase average transaction value.
Community Engagement: Participate in local marketing efforts and neighborhood outreach to establish the company as the preferred laundry provider in the Lekki axis.
3. Data Intelligence & Feedback Governance
Database Stewardship: Maintain a high-fidelity customer database, ensuring that preferences (e.g., starch levels, folding vs. hanging) are accurately recorded and honored.
Feedback Analysis: Systematically collect and document customer feedback, translating insights into actionable service improvements.
Resolution Mastery: Address complaints with speed and professionalism, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure high retention rates even after service hitches.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in customer service (Experience in Laundry, Hospitality, or Retail is highly preferred).
Location: Must reside within Lekki or its immediate environs to facilitate efficient operational presence.
