Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will be the face of our legal technology solutions, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and building lasting relationships with legal professionals and corporate clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate our platforms while resolving technical and service issues with precision and empathy.

Requirements:

Client Relations & Advisory

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, high-trust relationships with existing and prospective clients, including senior legal practitioners and corporate partners.

  • Product Advocacy: Assist customers in understanding complex product features and functionality, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.

  • Strategic Support: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive product guidance and support tailored to the specific needs of the legal sector.

Service Delivery & Technical Support

  • Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical or service-related issues in a timely, professional, and thorough manner.

  • Communication Excellence: Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication across all channels (phone, email, and in-person).

  • Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on support and training to users, helping them overcome adoption hurdles and technical roadblocks.

Operational Impact

  • Feedback Integration: Gather client insights to help evolve our product features and improve the overall user experience.

  • Revenue Mindset: Identify opportunities for service expansion or renewals, aligning customer success with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Sector Preference: Proven experience in LegalTech, SaaS, IT solutions, or professional services is highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical jargon into clear advice.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues.

  • Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse client portfolio in Port Harcourt.
