Job Description:
We are seeking a patient, proactive, and professional Customer Support Officer to join our team in Ikorodu. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience by resolving inquiries and managing the post-purchase lifecycle. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing clear communication and efficient problem-solving for every customer interaction.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can navigate complex inquiries while remaining calm and helpful under pressure.
Requirements:
Issue Resolution & Advocacy
Complaint Management: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
Information Provision: Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate and detailed information regarding company products, services, and internal policies.
Operations & Transaction Processing
Order Management: Efficiently process customer orders, managing the end-to-end workflow to ensure accuracy.
Account Services: Handle returns, refunds, and account updates, ensuring all financial and personal data adjustments are made correctly.
Documentation & Quality Control
Interaction Logging: Maintain precise documentation of all customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry and the resolution provided, within our internal systems.
Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer pain points and share insights with the broader team to help improve our service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and a quick ability to learn internal CRM/support software.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult conversations with a positive attitude.
Location: Candidates must reside in Ikorodu or its immediate environs to ensure reliable attendance.
