Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Experience Cashier to manage customer relations and order processing. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service, order accuracy, and proactive relationship management to drive customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Customer Engagement: Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Order Management: Confirm orders, verify stock availability, ensure accuracy, and track dispatch status in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Direct Buyer Relationship: Work closely with the MD to manage and build relationships with key buyers, providing proactive service and maintaining detailed records of preferences and feedback.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to the Head HR/Admin or MD; maintain a log of resolutions.
Database Management: Keep an organized, up-to-date customer database. Track regular buying patterns, identify inactive clients, and recommend re-engagement strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback and actionable insights with the marketing and sales teams to improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: OND or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining customer databases.
Salary
