Job Description:

  • The Customer Acquisition Executive will be responsible for onboarding new users, engaging prospective customers, and driving adoption of Jiji’s services within Ghanaian-speaking communities.
  • The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and fluent in Ghanaian languages (such as Twi, Ga, or Ewe) and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers (buyers and sellers) onto the platform
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective users within Ghanaian-speaking markets
  • Communicate Jiji’s value proposition clearly and convert leads into active users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in Ghanaian communities
  • Educate users on how to effectively buy, sell, and advertise on the platform
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets
  • Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
  • Gather and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and acquisition strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is an added advantage
  • Fluency in Ghanaian languages (e.g., Twi, Ga, Ewe) and English is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Salary

N100,000 monthly.
