We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable Cashier to join our growing hospitality team in Ologolo, Lekki. In this role, you will be the final point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their experience concludes with the same level of excellence that defined their stay or visit. Requirements:
Transaction Management: Efficiently and accurately process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Payment Handling: Expertly manage cash and card payments, ensuring total accuracy in balancing tills at the end of every shift.
Service Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional assistance to resolve customer billing inquiries and ensure a positive checkout experience.
Documentation: Generate and issue accurate receipts and maintain organized records of daily financial activities.
Collaboration: Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Work proactively with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operational flow during busy shifts.
