Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and articulate Call Verification Officer to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our onboarding and loan application processes. You will be responsible for conducting outbound verification calls, ensuring that all customer data is authenticated according to our internal compliance standards. Requirements:

• Outbound Verification: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to customers to confirm personal and application-related information provided during the onboarding process.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Perform rigorous prequalification checks based on established company criteria to ensure all applications meet our risk and compliance standards.

• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log call outcomes, customer responses, and verification status in our internal systems.

• Risk Identification: Proactively identify and escalate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags discovered during the verification process to the appropriate management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.

• Experience: 0–1 year of work experience. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates eager to start their careers.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus when processing sensitive data.

  • Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and related digital applications.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

• Location: Must reside within or around Ikeja, Lagos, and its environs.
