Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Client Development Officer to manage the critical intersection of high-stakes logistics and compassionate client care. In this dual-function role, you will coordinate complex cryogenic transport and fertility concierge services for clients across Nigeria and globally, while simultaneously driving our business growth by forging partnerships with fertility clinics and referral networks. This is a unique opportunity for an organized, empathetic, and commercially savvy professional to work in the specialized and rapidly evolving field of medical logistics.

Requirements:

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end management of domestic and international cryogenic shipments. You will serve as the primary concierge, ensuring that sensitive medical materials are handled with precision and care.

• Client Stewardship: Act as the dedicated point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless communication throughout their journey.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and onboard new clinic partners, expanding our referral networks. You will be instrumental in growing our market presence both within Nigeria and across international corridors.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous documentation, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure that every delivery meets international regulatory and safety standards.

• Agility & Travel: Be ready to travel nationally and internationally on short notice to represent the company at partner sites and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. A background in healthcare or medical sciences is a significant advantage.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or logistics coordination roles.
