Job Description:

Kuddy Cosmetics is looking for an energetic and professional Customer Service Officer to be the voice of our brand. You will manage our digital storefronts, turning inquiries into sales while ensuring every customer receives premium support. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty and skincare who understands that excellent service is the foundation of a great brand.

Requirements:

• Digital Customer Management: Serve as the first point of contact on WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram. Provide accurate, helpful skincare guidance and product information with enthusiasm.

• Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order process—from intake and efficient packaging to coordinating timely dispatch. You will track shipments and proactively resolve any logistics-related issues.

• Conflict Resolution: Handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professional poise to protect the Kuddy Cosmetics brand reputation.

• Relationship Building: Actively engage with our community to drive repeat business, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued.

• Communication Excellence: Maintain a high standard of professional English, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly across all digital channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, specifically within the retail or cosmetics industry, is preferred.

• Passion for Beauty: A genuine, demonstrated interest in skincare and beauty products.

• Technical & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Highly proficient in using social media for business communication.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle high volumes of orders and inquiries simultaneously.

  • Ability to speak fluent English (fluency in additional Nigerian languages is a significant advantage).
