Job Description:

Diamond Shine Cleaning Company is looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to drive our client engagement and business expansion. You will be the bridge between our innovative cleaning solutions including our specialized drone cleaning services and our clients. This is a perfect role for someone who excels at turning inquiries into long-term partnerships and is passionate about delivering exceptional service excellence in a growing market.

Requirements:

• Lead Conversion: Respond to customer inquiries with speed and precision. Actively follow up on leads to convert interest into confirmed service bookings.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing individual and corporate clients.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base. Actively promote our unique cleaning and drone cleaning services to organizations and businesses.

• Operations Liaison: Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets the high standards our clients expect.

• Experience & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns. Conduct post-service follow-ups, gather feedback, and implement retention strategies to turn first-time customers into loyal advocates.

• Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and prepare regular reports on sales activity and service feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Experience: Proven track record in client engagement, success management, or customer-facing roles.
