Job Description:
- To provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process customer orders, requests, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
