Sabaplus Consultancy Services is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and professional female Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Requirements:
1. Front-Line Customer Engagement
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues with a high standard of service.
Relationship Building: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Service Excellence: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor across all communication channels (in-person, phone, and digital).
2. Technical & Branch Operations
Digital Literacy: Manage daily administrative tasks and client data entry using our internal computer systems.
Mobility & Flexibility: Be willing and ready to relocate or travel to different branch locations outside your current residence as operational needs evolve.
Operational Support: Support the branch manager in ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly and professional standards are maintained.
3. Conflict Resolution & Feedback
Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and provide efficient solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to management to help improve service delivery and consultancy products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in computer operations (MS Office, internet research, and email etiquette).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone.
Mobility: Must be willing and ready to travel and work at any of our branches across the country.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to handle diverse personalities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Preferred Attributes
Ability to learn new consultancy services and products quickly.
