Job Summary As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary architect of our clients' global career dreams. You are the first point of contact and the steady guide for professionals seeking to relocate and work in Europe. This role is a unique blend of career consulting, migration assessment, and high-touch relationship management. You will conduct discovery calls to evaluate eligibility, match talent with European job opportunities, and navigate the complex emotional and technical journey of international relocation. Requirements:

1. Discovery & Eligibility Assessment

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a client's career goals, qualifications, and preferred European destinations.

  • Migration Screening: Perform comprehensive eligibility assessments to ensure prospective clients meet the legal and professional requirements for their target countries.

  • Talent Matching: Facilitate the job placement process by identifying and matching clients with suitable employment opportunities across Europe.

2. Case Management & Relocation Support

  • Lifecycle Guidance: Provide end-to-end support, guiding clients through complex document requirements, visa application processes, and realistic timeline expectations.

  • Omnichannel Support: Act as the central hub for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring professional and timely resolutions.

  • CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous client records and track case progression within the CRM to ensure no detail is overlooked in the migration journey.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Technical Synergy: Work closely with Immigration Consultants and the Operations team to ensure smooth case progression and regulatory compliance.

  • Process Evolution: Identify bottlenecks in the client journey and contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and internal workflows.

  • Escalation Management: Recognize and escalate complex legal or logistical issues to senior team members to protect the client's interests.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Skills

  • Proven Tenure: 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a high-level client-facing role.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse, international backgrounds.

  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication/collaboration tools.

  • Remote Readiness: Must possess a reliable computer and stable internet connection, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
