We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are growing and seeking an innovative Business Development Manager to strengthen client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand School of Eloquence (SOE) market presence.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning SOE as the foremost provider of communication and leadership training in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across corporate, educational, and individual markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Promote SOE’s training programs through effective marketing and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the education, training, or consulting sector is an advantage.
