We are seeking a high-velocity and results-driven Business Development Manager to anchor the growth engine of our client’s Oil & Gas and allied services portfolio. In the specialized landscape of Lekki’s energy and consulting sectors where market dominance is won through the strength of high-level alliances success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize business mandates with the clinical precision required for Pipeline Development, Revenue Growth, and Strategic Partnerships. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Industrial Grit" (securing complex energy contracts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to expand impact across diverse sectors including consulting and human development.
Requirements:
1. Market Orchestration & Partnership Governance

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in business development, with a strong preference for Oil & Gas, Consulting, or Human Development sectors.
Domain Power: Deep understanding of Contract Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-level boardroom presentations.
