Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Growth Associate to anchor the scaling engine of our client’s tech operations. In a specialized digital landscape where impact is dictated by the speed of lead conversion and the precision of KPI optimization success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize sales execution with the clinical precision required for Performance Monitoring, CRM Governance, and Trend Analysis. This role is designed for a "Scalability Architect" with at least 4 years of sales experience (ideally in EdTech) who can blend "Analytical Grit" (tracking growth metrics and campaign performance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategy Governance

  • Growth Sovereignty: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Business Scaling."

  • Revenue Architecture: Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring and KPI optimization, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable financial impact.

2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic

  • Sales Sovereignty: Implement sales strategies through direct involvement in high-stakes sales activities, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Execution."

  • Conversion Architecture: Support lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion efforts, providing the "Functional Foundation" for turning prospects into long-term users.

  • System Stewardship: Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions, maintaining the "Source of Operational Visibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
