The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, marketing, and sales within the luxury beauty and hair industry, with a focus on strategic planning, networking, and leadership to boost market presence and drive revenue
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand brand presence and market reach.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to increase revenue.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives, including digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, branding, and customer experience.
- Represent Onyx Beauty and Hair Ltd in an industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in international sourcing and distribution.
- Established network in the beauty and hair industry.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, preferably in the luxury beauty, hair, or fashion industry.
