We are recruiting to fill the following position below:

Job Description:

  • We are a leading provider of environmental management, sustainability, and compliance solutions—serving clients across oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, and development sectors.
  • Our work balances business performance with environmental responsibility.
  • We're seeking a Business Development Manager with strong industry experience and a proven track record in winning business, managing bids, and building key client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, conversion & BD strategy execution.
  • Identify, coordinate & submit high-quality bids/tenders.
  • Represent the company at events and client meetings.
  • Develop & implement BD and marketing plans.
  • Build strong client & partner relationships.
  • Conduct market research & analyze trends to unlock new income streams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 8 - 12 years of experience in Business Development (Environmental Services, Engineering, Energy, or Oil & Gas)
  • Solid knowledge of EOI/bid processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Highly driven, ethical, and detail-oriented.
