Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and visually elite AI Creative Technologist to anchor the creative engine of our AI Lab. At the intersection of art, visual culture, and emerging tech, success is defined by "Aesthetic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize abstract concepts with the clinical precision required for Multi-Modal AI Workflows, Latent Space Exploration, and Cinematic Synthesis. This role is designed for a "Generative Architect" who can blend "Instinctive Grit" (rapidly iterating through styles and moods) with the "Strategic Agility" required to evolve alongside tools like Midjourney, KlingAI, and Veo.

Requirements:

1. Concept Orchestration & Generative Governance

• Aesthetic Sovereignty: Translate briefs and creative direction into striking visual outputs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Originality."

• Workflow Architecture: Utilize AI tools to generate, refine, and iterate creative outputs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid prototyping.

• Evolution Stewardship: Contribute to the growth of the lab by experimenting with new tools and methods, ensuring the "Source of Creative Innovation" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Narrative Logic

• Iteration Sovereignty: Explore multiple styles, moods, and directions at high velocity, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Range."

• Selection Architecture: Select and edit outputs with elite judgment around composition and storytelling, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for final delivery.

• Feedback Stewardship: Improve work through iterative cycles and direct creative feedback, maintaining the "Source of Collaborative Excellence."

3. Systemic Integrity & Production Power
