Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Admin Support Personnel to anchor the central engine of our Surulere office. In a fast-moving service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the inquiry and the precision of the record success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize walk-in customer management with the clinical precision required for Order Processing, Sales Support, and Office Coordination. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect", specifically a professional with a BSc or HND who can blend "Persuasive Grit" (providing information and sales support) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Hospitality Governance
Sovereignty of the Front Desk: Attend to walk-in customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Identity."
Information Architecture: Provide high-fidelity data regarding products and services, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a professional customer journey.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain an organized and professional office environment, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Atmosphere" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic
Order Sovereignty: Assist customers with sales support and order processing, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Momentum."
Record Architecture: Maintain and update transaction logs with high fidelity, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate business tracking.
Coordination Stewardship: Provide general administrative support and documentation management, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."
3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power
Literacy Sovereignty: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to manage office documentation, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Precision."
Filing Architecture: Establish and maintain robust filing systems for easy retrieval, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven organization.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Strong Persuasion and Organizational Skills to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a BSc or HND in any related field.
Technical Power: Must be Computer Literate (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel).
Location: Must be able to operate effectively out of Surulere, Lagos.
Attributes: Strong persuasion skills, excellent communication, and a highly organized approach to task management.
