We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting leasing and property management activities, and coordinating vendor and contractor relationships.
- A successful candidate serves as the point of contact for all employees, tenants, agents, lawyers, and other LHS clients providing administrative support and solving their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
- Track and manage property lease agreements and tenant records.
- Liaise with tenants, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility needs.
- Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Conduct property and site visits when necessary.
Requirements:
- BSc / HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years experience in real estate, property management, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented.
