Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile IT/Admin Officer to serve as the operational and technical backbone of our organization. This unique dual-function role is designed for a proactive problem-solver who can effortlessly switch between troubleshooting a network issue and managing critical office documentation. You will ensure that our digital tools are functional and secure while maintaining the administrative rigor required for smooth day-to-day business. Requirements:
1. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support
First-Response Support: Act as the primary point of contact for staff hardware, software, and network challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
Systems Maintenance: Oversee the health of computers, printers, and internet connectivity through proactive troubleshooting and regular updates.
Digital Security: Manage routine data backups and implement basic information security protocols to protect company assets.
2. Administrative Governance
Operational Hub: Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the workplace is fully resourced.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain a meticulous filing system and assist in the preparation of reports and internal correspondence.
Coordination: Support seamless internal communication across departments, assisting with scheduling and general office logistics.
3. Compliance & Process Integrity
Regulatory Support: Assist in compiling documentation for audits, regulatory filings, and internal compliance reviews.
Ethics & Discretion: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding company and client data.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all daily operations align strictly with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or an administrative capacity.
Location: Must reside in Lagos State.
Core Competencies
Technical Savvy: Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system updates.
Digital Literacy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organizational Grit: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative and technical tasks simultaneously.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professional integrity.
