Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right-hand to our CEO in Abuja. This is a role for a "Master of Logistics"—someone who can navigate complex calendars, draft high-stakes correspondence, and manage the operational flow of the CEO’s office with absolute discretion. You will move beyond traditional support to become a primary liaison for internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every minute of the CEO’s day is optimized for impact. Requirements:

1. Executive Workflow & Documentation Mastery

  • Calendar Architecture: Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritizing high-impact meetings and coordinating appointments to ensure the CEO’s time is protected and productive.

  • Technical Writing: Draft, edit, and format professional reports, emails, and board-level presentations. You will serve as the "voice of the CEO" in written correspondence.

  • Meeting Governance: Prepare agendas, capture accurate minutes, and rigorously track action points to ensure accountability across the leadership team.

2. Data Management & Logistics

  • Analytical Support: Assist with data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel, providing the CEO with the raw data needed for strategic decision-making.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel itineraries and logistics, ensuring seamless transitions between business engagements.

  • Records Governance: Maintain a pristine system of digital and physical records, ensuring information is retrievable yet secure.

3. Strategic Liaison & Discretion

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and high-level stakeholders.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of integrity and professional discretion.

  • Project Support: Lead ad-hoc special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Location: Must be currently based in Abuja (On-site requirement; no relocation support).

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working directly with senior executives or CEOs.

  • Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level Word and Excel skills are mandatory).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
