Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our bar and hospitality operations. In a specialized retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the inventory count success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily revenue streams with the clinical precision required for POS Reconciliation, Stock Control, and Tax Compliance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Numerical Grit" (tracking daily sales and expenses) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage payroll, accounts payable, and auditor relations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Reconcile daily bar sales with POS and cash collections with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Accuracy."

• Transaction Architecture: Record daily sales, expenses, and cash movements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise financial records.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to tax obligations (VAT, PAYE, etc.), ensuring the "Source of Statutory Standing" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

• Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor and control inventory levels for drinks and consumables, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Protection."

• Cost Architecture: Assist with budgeting and tracking accounts payable/receivable, providing the "Functional Foundation" for optimized cash flow.

• Documentation Stewardship: Ensure proper archival of all invoices and receipts, maintaining the "Source of Audit Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

• Insight Sovereignty: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Intelligence."

• Payroll Architecture: Manage staff wages and payroll processing, providing the "Relational Foundation" for workforce stability.
