Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, petty cash and reports
• Manage site-related accounts, expenses, and cost tracking
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts 
• Monitor cash flow and project-related expenditures
• Reconcile bank statements and site imprest accounts
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
• Support payroll processing and statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, VAT, WHT, etc.)
• Carry out any other duty assigned within.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in a construction firm.
